Circular chiffon skirt

Long, circular skirt in sheer, crêpe chiffon featuring three rows of fixed drawstrings at the front and back with long spaghetti ties at the sides. High waist with an internal grosgrain waistband and a concealed zip and hook-and-eye fastener at one side. Asymmetric hem with a high slit at each side. Short underskirt.
