These terms and conditions apply to H&M eGift Cards purchased via our websites our H&M stores, H&M Home stores. By purchasing H&M eGift Cards, you accept these terms and conditions ('Terms and Conditions'). H&M reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the Terms and Conditions without notice. The most recent Terms and Conditions will always be posted at our website.
H&M eGift Cards may be used online or in H&M stores in the country where the card was purchased or issued. You can use the H&M eGift Cards to pay for the full value or part of the value of your selected item(s). If your purchase online is not completely covered by H&M eGift Cards you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase. Please read more in the Payment section. The receipt will always show the current balance of the H&M eGift Cards used in the transaction. In addition, you can always check your current balance online, or in any of our H&M stores or by contacting Customer Service.
Payment & Delivery

If you order your H&M eGift Card online it will be sent to the chosen recipient's email address along with QR code that can be used in stores, immediately after the purchase is complete, so you are you are obligated to provide a correct email address for delivery.
If the email address you have provided cannot be confirmed H&M reserves the right to withhold the delivery of the H&M eGift Cards. However, your credit/debit card statement will show H&M eGift Card Purchase. We accept credit/debit cards as payment for H&M eGift Cards
Validity

Each online purchase of H&M eGift Cards is limited to a maximum value of KWD 1000. The online minimum value for H&M Gift Cards is KWD 5.
We offer multiple value options for you to select from or you can enter a custom amount instead. H&M Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of the last activation or purchase.
Limited Liability

H&M cannot be held liable for H&M eGift Cards once activated, which subsequently are lost, stolen, inactivated or damaged. Treat your H&M eGift Cards as cash.
